By accessing or using Other Net at othernet.surf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Other Net to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity. You agree not to use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or any content designed to deceive.
4. YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of all content you post on Other Net. By posting, you grant Other Net a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit.
5. STORAGE
Storage tiers are subject to the pricing published on the Join page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Founding member tiers are locked at the rates agreed at signup.
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your stored files will be deleted within 30 days.
7. DISCLAIMER
Other Net is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
9. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Other Net after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
