REFUND POLICY

FREE TIER
The free 500MB tier has no cost and therefore no refund applies. All registered users receive the free tier automatically with no credit card required.
PAID STORAGE TIERS
Paid storage tiers (Patron 1TB, Standard 4TB, Standard 6TB) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your tier will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
FOUNDING TIERS
Founding member tiers (8TB and 10TB) are by invitation only. If you were invited and paid for a founding tier, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, the standard monthly cancellation policy applies.
PATRON WALL PLEDGES
Patron Wall pledges are voluntary contributions to platform infrastructure and development. As these are donations to support the platform, they are non-refundable unless a processing error occurred.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, use our Contact page with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
